We are a family-run business with over 40 years of culinary experience.

Head Chef Jason Chan has been serving his signature Chinese-Scottish fusion cuisine to the people of Kilmarnock for the past 16 years, having previously led the kitchens at La Dragon and Dragon Royale.

His time in Ayrshire, paired with his positions heading up restaurants in Ireland and Hong Kong, create a unique blend of international influences which he incorporates into his dishes.

Sous chef Isabella Chan also brings a wealth of experience to the table with 30 years in hospitality. She too has worked in Hong Kong, Ireland, and Kilmarnock. Passionate about developing new dishes, she can often be found experimenting with different ingredients.

Together, Jason and Isabella prepare each dish to order with quality ingredients.
